FC Five Dock submits teams within the competitions run by the Canterbury Association in the following age groups.

Small Sided Football (also known as MiniRoos)

Under 6 & Under 7 Mixed – every Saturday's from 9am at Nield Park.

Under 8, 9, 10, 11 Mixed – Saturday's at grounds within the association area.

Under 8, 9, 10, 11 Female only – Sunday's at grounds within the association area.

Junior Football (Played at grounds within the association area)

Under 12, 13 Mixed – Sunday

Under 14, 15, 16, 17 Male – Sunday

Under 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 Female – Sunday

Senior Football (Played at grounds within the association area)

Over 35 div 1 - Friday Nights

All Age, Over 35, Over 45 Male – Saturday

Under 18, 19, 20, 21 Male – Sunday

All Age Sunday Male – Sunday

Women’s Intermediate League Female – Sunday

All Age, Over 30 Female – Sunday
